White Chocolate Chip Protein Balls



It's be a good old while since I posted anything foodie related. But seen as everyone is stuck inside and currently baking till their hearts content, I thought I'd share one. If you've been following me for sometime you'll know I love a good protein/energy ball recipe. They're easy to make, you can adapt and change your ingredients to create various flavours and textures. It's a win win as there is always something for everyone.

I wanted to make something at the weekend which was so simple and I could grab the ingredients straight out my cupboards without hassle of travelling to the shops at the moment. So hopefully with this recipes you can easily grab the ingredients or it's super simple to swap and substitute most of the ingredients for something else! I had some white chocolate chips I wanted to use and for some strange reason an abundance of oats, so I decided to throw them all in a bowl and all in 10 minutes they were done.

So if you don't paticulary like 'baking' these technically aren't baking but you've got a quick, easy snack to grab! Perfffect right?

The recipe I made also wasn't vegan but you could very easily subsistute the honey for agave nectar or maple syrup, make the protein powder vegan and swap the chocolate chips for vegan ones. You could also use white chocolate and milk chocolate, swap up the nut butters (cashew would work wonderfully with these), change the protein powder flavours and so on. The possibilities are endless!
